NWA

NWA was a hip hop group out of Compton, CA and credited with beginning the gangsta rap era of music. Though the group broke up, NWA is still seen as having a tremendous influence as its former members, such as Dr. Dre, Easy-E and Ice Cube, have gone on to platinum-selling careers as solo artists.
